On November 13th, CAPI and Social Justice Initiatives gave a lunchtime talk with David Harbach, former Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section at the U.S. Department of Justice and current Special Counsel to Director James Comey of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Harbach conducted some of the nation’s highest profile public corruption trails in recent years, including the cases against former senator John Edwards, former Virginia governor Robert McDonnell, former Arizona congressman Richard Renzi, and former Virginia delegate Phil Hamilton.
